General Terms and Conditions – Gamerhub Service
By using Gamerhub services, you will be in acceptance of these terms and conditions.
1. Customers who need to activate the Gamerhub service should activate same by sending the keyword SUB GHD, SUB GHW, SUB GHM of the service to the SMS code 1042 assigned for the service.
2. Customers can also activate the Gamerhub service by visiting the URL: https://gamerhub.me/
3. Customers, who wish to activate the service by visiting the above URL should have an active data pack from Telecel. The customer should also have sufficient airtime to subscribe to the service.
4. The short code 1042 price GHs 0.50/ 1.50/ 5.00 and the keyword SUB GHD/SUB GHW/SUBGHM should be always communicated when the service is promoted or advertised to the customer.
5. Customers who need to deactivate the service should do so by sending the keyword STOP GH to the SMS code 1042 or dial *463# to deactivate the service.
6. All alerts will be provided only in English text.
7. Customers who activate the service will be charged a subscription fee of GHs 0.50/1.50 as communicated to the user at the time of the service activation. Users agree to pay the subscription service fee to activate the service.
8. The subscription fee of the service will be renewed automatically until the user deactivates the service and will be charged GHs 0.50/1.50/5.00 upon each offer renewal.
9. It is the sole responsibility of the user to read the SMS alerts on time and the mobile network or the Service provider will not be responsible if the user fails to do so. The mobile network provider shall not be responsible for refunding service charges in such events.
10. The user can deactivate the service at any given time by sending the deactivation SMS as mentioned in the above condition related to the deactivation of service (Point 3) or notifying the mobile network provider’s customer service team via helpline – info@gamerhub.me .
11. The user can also deactivate the service by visiting the My account section of the website – https://gamerhub.me/index.php?page=unsubscribe
12. To, deactivate the service from the website, the customer visits the My Account section, selects the deactivate option and confirms the deactivation. On, successful deactivation, the customer shall receive the confirmation SMS that the service has been deactivated.
13. The user can also deactivate the service by dialing *463# from the phone. Follow the instructions to deactivate the service.
14. In addition to the Terms and conditions laid down by the network provider, the User will be bound by the terms and conditions laid down by service providers Gamerhub related to the services activated by the user. 15. Users agree to indemnify the mobile network provider for any technical errors, which may occur while accessing the service.
16. The network provider reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time at its discretion.
